Mission
Rebecca Ursule's Leadership & Advocacy Platform is a space created with a passion for empowering and equipping young people, especially those aged 15–35, around the world. The platform shares real stories, practical strategies, and honest conversations that spark confidence, leadership, and advocacy.
It exists to connect with changemakers, community builders, and everyday young people who care about what’s happening in their communities — and want to do something about it. Through powerful talks, trainings, and engaging content, this platform offers tools that help young leaders find their voice, organize initiatives, and take meaningful action on issues that matter.
The platform features video lessons and webinars, conversations with inspiring guests, storytelling spotlights of young people creating impact, and community discussions on growth, identity, leadership without titles, and advocacy in action — including both local and global topics shaping the next generation. The goal is simple: to empower young people to use their voices, own their stories, and create change in their lives and communities.

We feature leaders, changemakers, advocates, and community builders who are willing to share real stories — the journey, the lessons, the challenges, and the impact. The goal is not perfection, but practical insight that helps young people believe in their potential and understand how to use their voices effectively.

Inspiring Young People to Grow and Advocate
Hello, my name is Rebecca Ursule. I am passionate about empowering young people to grow, lead, and create lasting change in their communities. Through my Communication Platform, I aim to inspire individuals especially those between the ages of 18 and 35—to find their voice, tell their stories authentically, and step into leadership with confidence.
My platform will feature content such as podcasts, communication tools, and empowerment resources, beginning in Tucson and expanding globally. What makes this platform unique is its focus on authentic storytelling as a foundation for leadership and advocacy. By helping young people share their real experiences and speak with purpose, I hope to cultivate a generation of powerful, thoughtful changemakers ready to make a difference in the world.
